Your first request has not any digital extension unfortunately, you can have a try in BL. They will provide for you but it's not free (about 7 USD for 10 pages, less or more!) but for second, if you live in Iran (that I don't know really) you can get a hard copy from Tehran University. It contains a long time subscription for Hemisphere Journal. This issue has been arrived in Iran Document Center (www.irandoc.ac.ir) by this sign:
