I have 2 question:
1- ? (Who has been worked eith COMSOL(FEM
I want to simulate band structure of a crystal like graphite or graphen, but have problem in choosing boundary conditions .
Do you know any simulation like this done with COMSOL or any other numerical methods?
Have you ever seen any Matlab code which written to obtai band-2 structure of a crystal using finite element, finite differnce,Plane Wave Expansion?
