netlibrary ebooks into your harddisk:
- Download Offline Explorer Enterprise (http://rapidshare.com/files/2597596/OfflineExplorerEnt4.4.2478.rar) then install.
- Run Offline Explorer Enterprise.
- Use Internal Browser of Offline Explorer Enterprise to login into Netlibrary then open the book. View Econtent Detail to determine the ProductID (BookID), for example: BookID=66715 (*.pdf format).
- Select File\New\Project:
+ Name: type anything
+ Addresses: type http://www.netlibrary.com/nlreader/nlReader.dll?BookID=66715&FileName=Page_{:1..200}. pdf (to rip page 1 to page 200).
There is no space between "}" and ".pdf".
+ Click OK
- Right click Project then select Download\Start
- When download finish, select File\Export
- Use Adobe Acrobat to combine pdf pages.

PS: if you login through proxy, you should change server as follows:
http://www.netlibrary.com.xxx.xxx.xxx/nlreader/nlReader.dll?BookID=66715&FileName=Page_{:1..200}. pdf (example: xxx.xxx.xxx = ezPr0xy.fau.edu).
There is no space between "}" and ".pdf".

For books with *.djvu format, change the extension pdf ---> djvu. For book with *.html format, you should set some delay or download only 10 pages per time.
